Our accounting services:

  1. Bookkeeping
    We record financial transactions, work in an efficient way to achieve accurate and up-to-the-date bookkeeping records. Our high quality and reliable accounting support help controlling clients’ cost-effectively.
  1. Preparation of Rent Roll and Status Certificates
    Our rent roll offers professional reports for clients including tenant information, collection records of common element fees, security deposits and balance of payments. We also provide basic and essential information regarding the financial status of a unit in effect.
  1. Monthly & Annual Accounting Statements
    We generate detailed financial statements reflecting actual collected common element fees and disbursements, and we prepare actual and budget comparison.
  1. Financial Budget management
    We help clients set up fiscal year goals at the annual budget planning; we analyze company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and suggest methods for improvement. We provide monthly reports on a timely basis, and year-end reports to support the annual audit.
